One of the great resin kits fit and painted by Clement Eng.
For day 3 of AX, we went to the third part of the modeling seminar, which was quite good (seeing as we bought the DVD that he had for 5$ like I said in the last post). Also, we got to see his great paint jobs, modeled in the figure above. To see some of Clement Eng’s work for yourself, and even some tips on modeling please visit his site at www.gamerabaenre.com.
As for the rest of the day, it was pretty relaxed as we frantically searched the shops for more otaku-stuff to buy and saw a few more cosplayers on the way. After the modeling seminar, Rho headed off to the masquerade while JMP Kazeryu and myself headed out to get some food (being the fatty otaku that we are). Later on, we met up with DQ from www.howagirlfigures.com and went to the 18+ dance that they had, a late night dance that reminded me of the high school scene and how shy I truly am when it comes to that type of thing.
All in all, it was a pretty relaxed and expensive day as we cruised through the booths and random seminars at Anime Expo and enjoyed some good-ol-fashioned anime watching in our hotel room.

Hey Guys! Thanks for the plug! I hope you guys enjoyed the presentation, and pass the information along to anyone interested in model building - gunpla and resin figures. Let me know if there are any areas of improvement as well, as I’m constantly trying to update my stuff and keep things interesting as well as humorous. Again, thanks for attending the workshop/panel.
