Hello all, its Ryo here.
As you may (or may not) have noticed, there has been a recent slowing in the number of posts coming out of the site. Although I wish I could attribute this all to final exams, this is not the case. As all of you fellow college students, or even you highschool students, understand the inherent pressure and time-consumption that comes with finals, there is another culprit to blame in my case of not many posts this week.
Sadly enough… Yesterday some coke was spilled on my laptop keyboard. I cleaned it up quickly and thought that it would be alright, but it was not to be. Already in a couple hours, hardly any of my keys were working anymore. After taking out the keyboard and using the computer knowledge that I have, I decided to let it rest until I could get it checked out by someone better equipped than myself. However, today when I took it into the shop, it was already too late. Some of the acidic soda must have eaten away at the motherboard, leaving me with a 500$ or more bill that I couldn’t really afford.
The good news is that, although I may have lost 10,000+ images and a lot of video, I still have a lot of the data on my external HDs. And a lot of the data that I did lose can still be replaced. Also, the laptop is still under warranty, so hopefully I can get it replaced.
In relation to the site, although finals and the incident with my laptop have killed my posting for this week, my last day of school/finals is on thursday, so after that I should be free to make up lost time, but until then, please bear with me.

Finals? Wtf riley that is not the reason you haven’t posted. I know i have “never” posted but you should be honest. The updates slowed down right about when you picked up RO again… and became addicted.
f*** off dude. with my laptop broken it’s not like I’ve been playing anything. Besides, for the last 24 hrs straight all I’ve been doing is finals stuff so I’m really not in the mood.
Yo Riley, your TV is still here in the dorm room. I have to have the room cleared out by 2:30 on Friday (June 13th) so if you want to get your TV back you’ll need to pick it up by that time.
Ok, well I guess Erik decided to take it since you don’t seem to be around.
I suppose that’s worse than having a virus on ur laptop?
